Ultra-Broadband Baluns
HYPERLABS baluns are ultra-broadband 180° signal splitters and combiners that offer excellent amplitude and phase match over an industry-best bandwidth from the kHz range up to 100 GHz (3 dB).
They are suitable for use in optical communications, PAM4 communications systems up to 448 Gbps, high-speed analog-to-digital conversion, frequency response testing for differential devices, and many other applications.
These baluns convert an unbalanced 50Ω signal to a precision-balanced differential signal. They are bi-directional and can also be used as high-precision signal combiners (differential to single-ended) with excellent CMRR and minimal harmonic distortion.
Our HL940x Performance Series are the gold standard, providing up to 100 GHz at 3 dB. These are ideal for signal splitting and combining well-matched differential signals.
The HL950x Integrated Series has DC Blocks on each port, reducing the number of components required in your test setup.
The HL930x Economy Series offer excellent value for applications that don’t require sub-MHz bandwidth.
New for 2025, our HL960x Isolation Baluns have isolated differential ports and prevent standing waves from perturbing your test system.
