HL1500 Ruggedized Serially-controlled TDR

The HL1500 is a ruggedized time domain reflectometer (TDR) designed for measuring electrical impedance in a variety of test systems.
It generates a stimulus pulse with a 200 ps risetime and 14 µs duration, and takes samples from the incident pulse and the signal reflected from the device under test.
This instrument is controlled via a serial (RS232) connection. The included TDR100 software allows operators to read and process test results on Windows PCs.
