The HL3204 is an electrostatic-robust controlled impedance analyzer designed for easy, cost-effective PCB impedance characterization and verification. These instruments are designed to comply with IPC-2141A standards for PCB coupon testing.
This USB-controlled differential instrument includes a copy of our Zcoupon™ software for Windows with free lifetime upgrades.
The HL3204 can also be purchased as part of the HL300S Ruggedized Controlled Impedance Test System, which includes the analyzer, two probes, and a calibration standards substrate.
